Some Hazleton City Authority (HCA) customers were mailed a water bill that was due on January 5, 2021, but due to delays at the US Postal Service, they did not receive the bill until after the due date. The HCA is tracking this issue closely and customers that received bills late will have late fees removed. Customers that have already paid the late fees along with their normal bill will have the late fee amount credited to their bill.
HCA regrets any inconvenience to our customers and will make every effort to ensure customer payments are correctly processed.
