HCA On-line Bill Paying Available Beginning September 1, 2015
The Hazleton City Authority now has on-line bill paying. Hazleton City Authority Board of Directors recently approved the addition of paying your HCA bills with a credit card on-line. Beginning September 1, 2015 all you need to do is to click the HCA Logo below to pay your bill on-line. In addition to the on-line bill paying, HCA customers can visit Landmark Community Bank Mon-Thur 9AM-4PM, Fri 9AM-6PM or mail payments to:

Or, you can pay your bill at the Hazleton City Authority Administration building located at 400 East Arthur Gardner Parkway, Hazleton PA Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.If you have any billing questions please call: HAZLETON CITY AUTHORITY at 570-454-2401.
The Hazleton City Authority meter project is rapidly moving forward thanks to the cooperation of our water customers.
Many of you have received letters,doorhangers and phone calls in an effort to allow you to set up an appointment for your new meter installation. We understand how difficult it is to find the time to be available for this new water meter installation. However, should you fail to contact us or answer our attempts to set your appointment - You may lose your water service until an appointment is scheduled. Keystone Utility Systems will do their best to accommodate your schedule.
Please understand that it is extremely important that if you have not had your new water meter installed - that you call Keystone Utility Systems as soon as possible at 1-877-587-2279 to set up your appointment.
Currently there have been aproximately 10,976 new radio meters installed! Thank you to all that have completed their new water meter installation.
The Hazleton City Authority serves nearly 15,000 residential and business customers throughout Luzerne, Schuylkill and Carbon counties, contributing to the quality of life and economic development in Greater Hazleton, Pennsylvania. The authority delivers about 5.8 million gallons of water per day to its customers. Formed in 1938, the authority is governed by a five-member board whose members are apppointed by Hazleton City Council.
